OC Bin Washing will no longer be able to offer services in South Orange County or the cities bordering Los Angeles County.

We also will no longer be able to offer our Monthly Pricing due to the increase in service times.  You may still book monthly, but pricing will match the Quarterly Service Package.

These difficult decisions follow the recent enforcement of stricter surface wash water regulations in Orange County. While we remain fully committed to environmentally responsible practices, the new requirements significantly increase the time needed per service. ​

FAQ

Why get my bins cleaned?

Regular bin cleaning helps to eliminate rodent and insect infestations (flies, maggots, mosquitoes). In addition, 99% of bacteria is killed to make your bins safe-to-handle and to reduce unwanted odors.  Regular bin cleaning will help reduce health hazards in and around your home, especially if you store your bins in your garage.  When was the last time you had your bins cleaned???

How does the service work?

Our team will show up the day after your scheduled trash collection day.  We inspect your bins then use our high pressure wash system to wash and sanitize the inside each bin.  The outsides are lightly sprayed to remove dirt.  Your bins will than be sprayed inside with a disinfectant and also a deodorizer.  Our team will return the clean bins to the front of your home (in front of a gate/garage/or curbside).  Please wait an additional 15 minutes before moving your bins after our disinfecting.

Do my bins need to be empty?

Bins may have up to 2 medium size bags of garbage. However, we reserve the right to refuse service if any Bin has any of the following: **More than 2 bags of garbage or any bag that weighs over 25 lbs.** **Loose unbagged trash, yard clippings, diapers or animal waste.** **Hazardous waste including chemicals, paint, glue, or other adhesives.** **Building materials like plaster, stucco, or concrete.** We appreciate your help in this matter moving forward, and look forward to servicing you soon!

Is your service Eco-Friendly?

YES!  We use a high pressure/low-flow custom cleaning head that uses an average 3 to 5 gallons of water per bin.  MUCH less water then a cleaning by the homeowner.  All of our cleaning solutions are Biodegradable and Eco-Friendly.  Our process kills 99% of all harmful bacteria & odors.  We collect all internal waste water for proper disposal.  Your bins are also sprayed with an additional disinfectant/deodorizer to keep them smelling fresh until your next service.

Where do I leave my trash bins?

Please leave the bins curbside on the scheduled day of service.  If this is not possible due to HOA (or other) issues, leave the bins where they are visible from the street (in front of a garage door or gate).  Our team will retrieve them and return them to the location of your choice.  If your bins are behind a gate or not in sight your service may be skipped for that day.

Do I need to be home?

There is no need to be home.  We will text you a reminder the day before AND approximately fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled service.  After we are done we will text you letting you know the service is complete.  We will also include any details found from our inspection.  For seamless service, please make sure you have a phone number on file with us that can receive text messages.

We use Jobber as our booking and invoicing system. New customers can request a service by entering their information in on our website link.  Returning customers have the option to request services through the portal.  The easiest way to contact us is by text.

NEW TERMS AND PROCESSES FOR 2025:

ALL SERVICES WILL BE BILLED AT THE TIME OF CLEANING.  WE APPRECIATE PROMPT PAYMENT IF POSSIBLE.  OTHERWISE YOU WILL RECEIVE PAYMENT REMINDERS IF YOU MISS A PAYMENT.  WE WILL SUSPEND SERVICES IF PAYMENT BECOMES DELIQUENT, PAST 30 DAYS.

CARD ON FILE:

If you chose to have a card on file with us, you may opt in for auto-pay on the portal. 

No need to deal with invoices.

WE HAVE A 2 BIN MINIMUM, BUT FEEL FREE TO ENROLL MORE.

You will be charged for a minimum of 2 bins, regardless of service type, unless you have made prior arrangements with us.  You can enroll more bins in our service and leave out how ever many you would like cleaned that month.  You will only be charged for the number of bins we clean.

​​​​​WE REQUIRE A 24 HOUR CANCELATION NOTICE IF YOU ARE GOING TO MISS YOUR SERVICE DAY.   

Its as easy as sending a text! 

If trash bins are not out for us to find, we will move onto our next client and you will be charged the 2 bin minimum charge.  If there is ever an discrepancy, just contact us when possible. â€‹

DELAY IN TRASH PICKUP:

 If we are unable to clean your bins due to a missed/delayed trash pickup by your trash company, you will not be charged for the effected bins.  This will negate our 2 bin minimum.

OLDER "ORIGINAL" BINS MAY BE REJECTED IF THERE ARE HOLES IN THE BOTTOM.

WE HIGHLY RECOGMEND CALLING OLDER BINS IN FOR REPLACEMENT.

​IT IS THE HOMEOWNERS RESPONSABILITY TO BAG ALL PET WASTE & CAT LITTER BEFORE DISPOSAL. 

If the pet waste/litter is excessive, we will reject the bin for service.
