OC Bin Washing Terms of Service

Welcome to OC Bin Washing. By scheduling or purchasing services from OC Bin Washing, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

OC Bin Washing provides residential and/or commercial trash and recycling bin cleaning and washing services. Service details, pricing, frequency, and scheduling will be provided at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon between OC Bin Washing and the customer.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services when necessary due to weather, equipment issues, holidays, access limitations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

2. Scheduling and Customer Communications

OC Bin Washing uses Jobber, a third-party scheduling, customer management, invoicing, and communication platform, to help manage customer accounts and services.

By providing your phone number and/or email address and scheduling services with OC Bin Washing, you acknowledge that we and/or Jobber may use that information to communicate with you regarding your services.

These communications may include:

• Appointment confirmations

• Appointment and service reminders

• Service updates or notifications

• Changes to scheduled services

• Invoices and payment-related notifications

• Customer service communications

• Responses to questions or requests you submit

• Other communications reasonably necessary to provide and manage your requested services

 

3. Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree that OC Bin Washing and its service provider, Jobber, may send you text messages related to your account and requested services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary based on your scheduled services, appointments, account activity, and customer support needs.

Text messages may include service reminders, appointment updates, invoices, account notifications, and customer support communications.

Your consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase services from OC Bin Washing.

Opting Out of Text Messages

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message you receive from us.

After you send STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you choose to opt back in.

Please note that opting out of certain text messages may prevent us from sending you important service-related notifications by text.

5. Invoices and Payment

Customers are responsible for paying all invoices according to the payment terms provided at the time of service. OC Bin Washing reserves the right to suspend or cancel future services for unpaid balances.

If you believe an invoice contains an error, please contact OC Bin Washing as soon as possible so that we can review the issue.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing OC Bin Washing with accurate contact and service information, including a valid phone number and email address.

Customers must ensure that trash and recycling bins are reasonably accessible for scheduled cleaning. Bins should be placed in an accessible location as instructed by OC Bin Washing or otherwise made available for service.

OC Bin Washing is not responsible for delays or inability to provide service when bins are inaccessible, unavailable, blocked, or otherwise unable to be serviced safely.

 

7. Scheduling Changes and Cancellations

Service schedules may occasionally change due to weather, holidays, equipment issues, route changes, or other circumstances. OC Bin Washing will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant scheduling changes.

Customers who need to change or cancel a scheduled service should contact OC Bin Washing as soon as possible.

Any applicable cancellation, missed-service, or rescheduling policies provided at the time of booking will apply.

 

8. Privacy and Use of Customer Information

OC Bin Washing collects and uses customer information as reasonably necessary to schedule services, process payments, communicate with customers, provide customer support, and operate our business.

Customer information may be processed through third-party service providers, including Jobber, that assist us with scheduling, billing, customer management, and communications.

By using our services, you acknowledge that certain information may be shared with these service providers as necessary to provide the requested services.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

OC Bin Washing may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted or otherwise made available to customers and will become effective as of the date indicated in the updated terms.
